    Overview and Responsibilities

    We're looking for a phenomenal Coordinator in the Product Development, Consumer Products & Licensing team who will support the development of all licensed products across multiple categories and territories worldwide.

     

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Work with all new and existing licensees to track all stages of product development
    • Maintain and update trademark and copyright information for current properties
    • Learn the department submission system and assist licensees with product submissions to ensure that the review process is seamless
    • Manage creative assets and distribution to licensees
    • Review product concepts and routes for approval and assist with feedback to licensees
    • Ensure accurate usage of creative assets
    • Help identify product and design trends while maintaining studio brand integrity
    • Maintain day-to-day contact with current licensees to facilitate development and update daily status information to accurately reflect the needs and progress of licensees
    • Facilitate and build sales, pitch, and trade show material
    • Report all royalty information related to completed products
    • Manage all product samples

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferably in a related field or equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years' entertainment, marketing, licensing, product development, or brand management experience at studio, agency, retail or entertainment marketing environment
